We are pleased to share Soaring Forward: The Independence School Strategic Vision. 

This bold, ambitious roadmap honors our mission while positioning Independence for future excellence. It identifies key priorities, outlines strategic goals, and defines the values that will guide our decisions and investments in the years ahead. Most importantly, it reflects the shared hopes and aspirations of our school community. 

Our four key strategic initiatives are:

• Enhance the Use of Our 90 Acres
