Do you know an outstanding alum of The Independence School who is doing amazing things? Help us recognize their efforts. We are currently accepting nominations for our two prestigious alumni awards, described below.
The Alumni Awards program, established in 2018, honors graduates who demonstrate outstanding achievement, leadership and innovation in a particular field, whether in his or her profession or through volunteer activities or personal dedication to a cause. Nominations are considered for a three-year period.
Outstanding Alumni Award - The Outstanding Alumni Award recognizes an Independence alumna or alumnus who has graduated 20 or more years ago.
Rising Star Alumni Award - The Rising Star Alumni Award recognizes an Independence alumna or alumnus who has graduated within the last 20 years.
If you wish to submit a nomination, please click on the button below. Submissions are due by Wednesday, March 17, 2023. Honorees will be selected in early April and presented at our Founders' Day assembly on Thursday, April 14.
