A Full House for a Great Cause

Saturday's Auction & Gala was an incredible celebration of our remarkable school. The passion and dedication we all share for Indy was enthusiastically on display at Wilmington Country Club. Events like this remind us of the collective strength of our community and how we unify behind a common mission.

Putting on an event of this magnitude requires an outstanding team of dedicated parent volunteers and staff members. What people experienced was the result of months of planning, and we are grateful to everyone who has played a part in making the Auction & Gala so special, especially Director of Advancement and Enrollment Management Michele Harra and Advancement Manager Julie Goldston.

Thank you, once again, to our presenting sponsor, WSFS CARES Foundation, for their continued partnership with Independence. We would also like to thank our leadership sponsor, Delaware Orthopaedic Specialists.

Congratulations to the auction winners! If you were unable to pick up any items at the event, please stop by the front desk anytime this week.

As of this morning, we have raised over $84,000 for our amazing school. Be sure to check out some of our impressive students in the paddle raise video below, and enjoy photos from the festive evening! If you captured any fun moments and would like to share them, please use this link to add them to the gallery.

We're gaining momentum toward upgrading the sound and lighting in the Gore Auditorium and Fasick Gallery. Every gift brings us closer. If you haven't had a chance to give yet, there's still time to support these efforts!

Thank you for your collective effort in making a meaningful difference.
