Colin netted two goals, Sam scored the final marker off a beautiful volley and Patrick and Jack each added an assist, as the visiting Patriots (11-0) capped their second consecutive undefeated season and third in four years. Owen and Sam turned in yet another strong defensive showing, while Rishi and Varun set the pace and controlled the middle. Independence outscored the opposition 48-12 over the 11-game campaign and extended the program’s unbeaten streak to 26 contests, dating back to October 2013. “Hat Trick” Patrick led the team in goals (20), assists (10) and points (30).

Nov. 5: Independence 2, Tower Hill 1
Rishi scored on a penalty kick, Colin netted the game-winning goal late in the second half and Keegan sealed the victory for the host Patriots (10-0) with a phenomenal save in the waning moments of regulation.

Oct. 29: Independence 3, Tower Hill 1
Patrick recorded one goal and two assists, Rishi and Dylan E. also scored and Cameron and Alex controlled the defensive end of the field to lift the visiting Patriots (9-0). The two teams will meet in a rematch at Independence on Thursday, Nov. 5.
