Transportation

The Independence School offers morning and afternoon transportation to school from the North Wilmington and Greenville areas. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Note that students must be in Kindergarten. Please contact Jen Hayes, Auxiliary Program Manager, with questions. 

Residents of certain Pennsylvania school districts who live within a specified mileage of Independence are entitled to transportation by their district at no cost for children (beginning with kindergarten). To learn about your options, please contact the transportation department of your district (see contact information).
