Working at Indy

Welcome to The Independence School, where career opportunities are as diverse and vibrant as our community.

At Independence, we believe in fostering an environment where both students and employees can thrive, embracing innovation, creativity, and collaboration. As you explore our career opportunities page, you'll discover a range of positions that allow you to make a meaningful impact in education while growing both personally and professionally. Whether you're an experienced educator, a passionate administrator, or someone with a unique skill set looking to contribute to our dynamic learning community, we invite you to explore the possibilities and join us in shaping the future of education at The Independence School.

I love working at Indy because our students are receptive to what we learn in the classroom. They are inquisitive and curious and they always do impressive work whether it be an art-based project, a creative writing assignment or providing detailed information on a test. Students participate in class at an outstanding level and are happy to be in school. Add to all of this, an excellent teaching staff and a fantastic administration and you have all the makings of an incredible school.
