Application Process

Please contact the Admission Office for information about openings remaining for the 2008 – 2009 academic year.

Admission process and calendar for 2009-2010 enrollment

To become a candidate for admission, we require the following:

  • An Open House Visit or School Tour
  • Completed Application and $75.00 fee
  • Admission Assessments (varies by grade level)
  • A class visit day (ECII–Grade 8 candidates)
  • Confidential Evaluation Form completed by current teacher
  • Copies report cards/assessments

Applications are accepted at any time. Please include the application/testing fee of $75.00 with the application. Applications received after the notification dates indicated below will be processed on a rolling basis.

ECI

(Age 3 by September 1, 2009) – For offers mailed on January 20, 2009

  • Applications should be received by January 2, 2009
  • Applications are welcome after the January 20 notification date and will be handled on a rolling basis.

ECII

(Age 4 by September 1, 2009) – For offers mailed on February 9, 2009

  • Applications should be received by January 2, 2009
  • Applications are welcome after the February 9 notification date and will be handled on a rolling basis.

Kindergarten through Grade 5

(Age 5 by September 1, 2009) – For offers mailed on March 2, 2009

  • Applications should be received by February 1, 2009
  • Applications are welcome after the March 2 notification date and will be handled on a rolling basis.

Grades 6, 7 & 8

For offers mailed on January 26, 2009

  • Applications should be received by January 4, 2009
  • Applications are welcome after the January 26 notification date and will be handled on a rolling basis.

Admission Testing Dates for 2009–2010 Enrollment

For Candidates for 6th, 7th and 8th Grade for first round notification:
Saturday, January 10, 2009, 9:00 a.m.

For Candidates for Grades 2 through 8:
Saturday, February 7, 2009, 9:00 a.m.

  • Sunday, November 2, 2008 2:00 – 4:00 pm

  • Thursday, January 15, 2009 8:30 – 10:30 am
  • Wednesday, January 21, 2009 7:00 - 8:30 pm
  • Thursday, February 19, 2009 8:30 – 10:30 am
  • Wednesday, March 11, 2009 8:30 – 10:30 am

No reservations are needed for the Open House. Children are always welcome.

Application
